Ryan is a co-founder and co-managing partner at F&H Law Group. He concentrates his practice on auto accident, motorcycle accident, and trucking accident cases, as well as class action litigation. Ryan began his career practicing at a large defense firm in Tampa, Florida.
At his prior firm, Ryan defended large businesses and insurance companies against claims made by consumers. After personally witnessing injustices and unfair results, time after time, in favor of those with the “deeper pockets,” Ryan changed his career path.
Today, Ryan’s practice is guided by two hallmarks: (1) represent only individuals, not large companies; and (2) do not charge clients out of pocket attorneys’ fees or costs. Ryan enjoys working directly with his clients and encourages them to call not only his team, but also him directly, if they have any questions during the litigation process.
Ryan graduated from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude. During his time at Stetson he was a member of Stetson Law Review and he published an article that is permanently housed in every law school in the country. He was also the recipient of the Ruden McClosky Distinguished Writing Award and the Gardner W. Beckett, Jr. Civil Liberties Award.
In his practice, Ryan has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year from 2012 – 2019, a distinction that is given to only the top 2.5% of lawyers practicing in Florida.
Ryan is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
